PHP executable not found. Install PHP and add it to your PATH or set the php.debug.executablePath setting

VS Code で PHP をデバッグしようとしたところ、以下のエラーが出ました。

PHP が実行できません。PHPをインストールし、php.debug.executablePath に貴方の PHP のパスを追加してください。
